L’accesso e l’utilizzo di ActionPlatform (white label GoHighLevel, gestita da Laura de Angelis) è riservato ai clienti registrati per la gestione dei propri business.
Uso consentito
- L’account fornito è personale e non cedibile.
- Vietato l’uso per conto terzi o per business non autorizzati.
- Accesso protetto da password e autenticazione a due fattori.
Responsabilità dei dati
Il cliente è unico titolare e responsabile dei dati personali inseriti, elaborati o trattati tramite ActionPlatform.
ActionPlatform e Laura de Angelis NON sono responsabili dei dati di terzi (es. clienti finali) inseriti dai clienti nella piattaforma.
- Utilizzare la piattaforma solo per finalità lecite e conformi al GDPR.
- Informare i propri utenti/clienti sul trattamento dati e raccogliere i consensi necessari.
- Tenere aggiornati i suoi documenti privacy e cookie policy, citando ActionPlatform come fornitore tecnico.
Sicurezza
ActionPlatform adotta misure tecniche e organizzative per proteggere i dati dei clienti, tra cui VPN, antivirus, autenticazione a due fattori e backup regolari.
Dati sensibili
Se il cliente tratta dati particolari (es. sanitari), è sua esclusiva responsabilità adottare tutte le misure richieste dalla legge, inclusa la valutazione di impatto (DPIA) se necessaria.
Data Breach
- Comunicazione ai clienti entro 72 ore dalla scoperta
- Indicazioni su come gestire eventuali comunicazioni ai propri utenti/clienti finali
Limitazione di responsabilità
ActionPlatform non garantisce risultati economici o di vendita e non è responsabile per i dati trattati dai clienti attraverso la piattaforma.
